Kirsten Pezzo's Profile and Contact Information

Kirsten joined us in May 2017.  She has a background in the insurance industry of 20 years.  Her insurance career began right out of high school at a local insurance agency where she grew up.

She became licensed in 1995 while working at The Hartford for their AARP program and provided them with exemplary customer service for 6 years.  She then took her talents to CT Life & Casualty and provided customer service for 6 more years when she took an opportunity as a quality assurance tester for the company’s operating systems and websites, making sure they functioned and were updated properly as well as launching new products until 2012.  She continued in quality assurance testing at Scholastic until 2016 and now to her excitement, and our fortune, enjoys working in insurance again, developing professional relationships and providing superb customer service to our customers.

She lives in Cheshire, CT with her children and granchildren.  In her personal time, she enjoys time with her family and friends, cooking, household projects, traveling, bowling, occasional casino visits, and is an avid viewer/fan of the television show The Walking Dead.  Unfortunately, insurance does not cover a zombie apocalypse but she may be able to provide some survival tips ;-)
